Piña Colada
Ingredients
- 2 oz Light Rum
- 1 1/2 oz Cream of Coconut
- 1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 cup Crushed Ice
- Pineapple slice and maraschino cherry for garnish
Preparation
- Combine rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and crushed ice in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled hurricane glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry.
