Penelope Rosé Highball
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Penelope Rosé
- 6 oz. Ginger Beer (or swap for club soda if you prefer it less sweet)
- Garnish: Strawberry + Mint
Preparation
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Pour Penelope Rosé into the glass.
- Add ginger beer to top.
- Garnish with strawberries and mint.
