Pacific Grove Toddy
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Redwood Empire Lost Monarch Blend
- 3/4 oz Vanilla-honey syrup
- 1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 4 oz Hot water
- 2 Allspice berries
- 1 Star anise
- 1 Cinnamon sticks
Preparation
- Heat the 4 oz of water in a saucepan with the allspice, anise and cinnamon stick until boiling and remove from heat.
- Pour water, spices, Lost Monarch, lemon and vanilla-honey syrup to a heated mug.
Vanilla-Honey Syrup
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Water
- ½ cup wildflower honey
Preparation
- Heat ¼ cup of water and add ½ cup wildflower honey.
- Stir until honey is dissolved then add 1tsp pure vanilla extract.
