Preparation

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
2. Pour in the bourbon, chocolate liqueur, and chocolate bitters.
3. Stir the mixture for about 20–30 seconds, or until well-chilled.
4. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube (“big rock”).
5. (Optional) Garnish with a twist of orange peel or a chocolate shaving.
