Mimosa

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Sparking Wine (Preferably Champagne or Prosecco)
  • 3 oz. Orange Juice (Freshly Squeezed For The Best Taste)
  • Garnish: Orange Twist or Strawberry

Preparation

  1. Ensure both the sparkling wine and orange juice are well chilled.
  2. Fill half of a Champagne flute with sparkling wine.
  3. Gently pour the orange juice into the glass, filling it up.
  4. Add an orange twist or strawberry on the rim of the glass for an elegant touch.
  5. Mimosas are best enjoyed fresh, so serve immediately after preparation.
