Ingredients
- 1 and ½ oz. Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin
- ¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- ¾ oz. Matcha Syrup
- Soda Water, to top
Preparation
- Shake all ingredients (except for soda water) over ice and serve in ice-filled collins glass.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with an edible white flower.
