Ingredients

  • 2 parts Lo-Fi Gentian Amaro
  • 2 parts sparkling wine
  • Splash of soda
  • Grapefruit slice (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Build in a white wine glass over ice and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
