Lemon Squeeze

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Du Peyrat Organic Cognac
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
  • Egg white
  • Rosemary

Preparation

  1. In a shaker, add ice, cognac, lemon juice, egg white, and a sprig of rosemary.
  2. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds and pour into a coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with rosemary.
