Lemon Squeeze
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Du Peyrat Organic Cognac
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- Egg white
- Rosemary
Preparation
- In a shaker, add ice, cognac, lemon juice, egg white, and a sprig of rosemary.
- Shake vigorously for 20 seconds and pour into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with rosemary.
