Lavender Kiss

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Hendricks Flora Adora
- .75 oz. Cranberry Juice
- .5 oz. Lemon Juice
- .5 oz. Simple Syrup
- 2 dashes Lavender bitters
- Lavender Foam*
Preparation
- Combine Hendricks Flora Adora with cranberry juice, lemon, simple, and add 2 dashes of lavender bitters into a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until cold.
- Strain into a martini or coupe glass.
- Top with lavender foam and dehydrated lemon wheel and enjoy.
Additional Notes
Note: Add zest of lemon peel if you want it extra fragrant
*Lavender Foam
Ingredients
- egg white
- splash of grenadine
- splash of lemon juice
- simple syrup
- lavender bitters
Preparation
- Add egg white, a splash of grenadine for color, splash of lemon juice, a splash of simple, and a few dashes of lavender bitters to a nitrous whipper. Make sure to charge the whipper twice and set aside.
