Preparation
- Combine all ingredients except fresh Thai basil and cracked black pepper in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well for 10 seconds.
- Double strain over fresh ice in a tumbler.
- Garnish with fresh Thai basil and cracked black pepper.

Ingredients
- 1 oz. Fresh Ginger, chopped
- 2 Whole Jalapeños, chopped
- 2 oz. Green Peppercorns in Brine
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Lime Juice
- 1/4 cup Natural Rice Vinegar
- Zest of 2 Limes
Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a Vitamix blender and puree.
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer.
