Kiss on The Beach

Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
- ½ oz. Simple Syrup
- ½ oz. Prickly Pear Syrup
- Splash of Club Soda
- Garnish: Heart-shaped watermelon and mint leaves
Preparation
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, lime juice, simple syrup and prickly pear syrup.
- Shake well to chill, then strain into a martini glass.
- Top with a splash of club soda.
- Garnish with a heart-shaped watermelon and fresh mint leaves.
