- 4 oz. Champagne or sparkling wine
- Fresh blackcurrants or blackberries for garnish
Preparation
- Pour the Crème de Cassis inta flute glass.
- Top with chilled Champagne or sparkling wine.
- Garnish with fresh blackcurrants.
