Preparation
- Combine all ingredients (except for the Prosecco and sparkling water) and shake.
- Pour over fresh ice in a wine glass and top with the Prosecco and water.
- Garnish with a dehydrated bloom wheel**.
*Kudzu Simple Syrup
Ingredients
- 150 grams White Sugar
- 150 grams Water
- 75 grams Strawberries
- 75 grams Pineapple
- 3 grams Dried Lavender
Preparation
- Combine diced strawberries, pineapple and lavender with sugar and water, and mix until sugar is dissolved on burner turned to medium heat.
**Bloom Wheel
Ingredients
- oranges
- simple syrup
- micro flowers
Preparation
- Slice Oranges thin and dehydrate.
- Halfway through the process, pull the slices, paint on simple syrup and sprinkle micro flower petals (can get on Amazon).
- Complete the dehydration process.
