Island Time

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Baileys Almande
  • 1/2 oz. Zacapa Rum
  • 1 1/2 oz. Vita Coco® Coconut Water
  • 1 1/4 oz. Cinnamon Syrup
  • 1 oz. Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • Pineapple Slice and Flower for Garnish

Preparation

  1. Combine Baileys Almande, Vita Coco coconut water, cinnamon syrup, lime juice and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain contents into a glass or hollowed out pineapple over fresh ice.
  4. Top with Zacapa rum.
  5. Garnish with pineapple slice and flower.
