Hugo Spritz

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz - Elderflower Liqueur
  • 3.5 oz - Prosecco
  • 1 oz - Club Soda
  • 8-10 Sprigs - Mint
  • Garnish: Lime Wheel and Mint Sprig
  • Glassware: Wine

Preparation

  1. Add elderflower liqueur and mint to the glass.
  2. Fill with ice, pour in club soda and prosecco.
  3. Stir gently with a bar spoon to combine.
  4. Garnish and enjoy!
