Heatwave Paloma

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Casa Azul Blanco
  • .5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • .5 oz. Gochujang Syrup
  • .5 oz. Pamplemousse Liqueur
  • 3 oz. Grapefruit Soda

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients except grapefruit soda to cocktail tin.
  2. Fill tins with ice and quick-shake (5-8 seconds).
  3. Strain into highball glass and fill with fresh ice.
  4. Top with grapefruit soda.
  5. Garnish with grapefruit half moon.
