Guanabana Fresca

Ingredients
- 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Soursop Puree, thawed
- ½ oz. Orgeat Syrup
- 4 oz. Sparkling Water
- 1 dash of Cinnamon
- Garnish: 1 Cinnamon Stick
Preparation
- Combine ingredients except for sparkling water into a mixing glass with ice.
- Shake with a Boston Shaker and strain into a serving glass over the rocks.
- Top with sparkling water and garnish with a cinnamon stick and dash of cinnamon.
