Grapefruit Mojito

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Jules Theuriet Pamplemousse Liqueur
  • 1 oz. White Rhum, Baie des Trésors
  • 1 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Club soda
  • Lime wedge for garnish

Preparation

  1. In a glass, muddle mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup.
  2. Fill the glass with ice and add Pamplemousse liqueur.
  3. Top with club soda and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge.
