Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Jules Theuriet Crème de Cassis
  • 4 oz. Champagne or sparkling wine
  • Fresh blackcurrants or blackberries for garnish

Preparation

  1. Pour the Crème de Cassis inta flute glass.
  2. Top with chilled Champagne or sparkling wine.
  3. Garnish with fresh blackcurrants.
