Golden Hour Over Jalisco

Ingredients

  • ½ oz. Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz. Pineapple Juice
  • ½ oz. Aperol
  • ¾ oz. Coriander Syrup*
  • 1 oz. Carrot Juice
  • 1 ½ oz. El Mayor Reposado

Preparation

  1. The cocktail: combine all ingredients into a shaker tin and shake vigorously.
  2. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
  4. Serve.

*Coriander syrup


Ingredients

  • 1 part toasted coriander
  • 2 parts sugar
  • 2 parts water

Preparation

  1. Toast coriander in a pan, then add sugar and water.
  2. Allow sugar to dissolve without boiling. Remove from heat.
  3. Allow coriander to steep in syrup until room temperature, strain.
