Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake well.
- Double strain over crushed ice into a rocks glass.
- Garnish with a brûlée apple chip.
Green Apple & Tamarind Syrup*
Ingredients
- 30 oz. The Perfect Purée Green Apple Puree
- 30 oz. The Perfect Purée Tamarind Puree
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Sugar
Preparation
- Combine purees in a saucepan.
- Add water and sugar and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until the mixture thickens.
- Stir and strain through a cheese cloth.
- Let cool completely and refrigerate until use.
