Preparation
- Fill a shaker with ice and combine the first five ingredients.
- Shake gently to combine and chill.
- Pour Sparkling Sake into a chilled Coupe glass.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared Coupe glass.
- Garnish with a delicate cucumber ribbon.
