French 75
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz - Gin
- .75 oz - Simple Syrup
- .75 oz - Lemon Juice
- Topped - Prosecco
- Garnish: Lemon Peel
- Glassware: Coupe
Preparation
- Add all of the ingredients except prosecco to a shaker tin without ice.
- Add ice and shake for 8 seconds.
- Double strain cocktail into glass over no ice.
- Top with prosecco.
- Express lemon oils over glass, garnish and enjoy.
