Ingredients
- 1 oz. Grey Goose
- ½ oz. Grey Goose Watermelon Basil Vodka
- ¼ oz. Dolin Dry Vermouth
- ¼ oz. Berto Aperitivo
- 1 oz. Honeydew Syrup
- ¾ oz. Lemon
- ¼ oz. Blue Falernum *layered
- 8 dashes Butterfly Pea Flower Tincture *layered
Preparation
- In bottom of Collins glass, add Blue Falernum, fill with crushed ice.
- In shaker tin, combine non layered ingredients, shake and strain over crushed ice.
- Add more crushed ice and top off with Butterfly Pea Flower Tincture.
