Preparation
- Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
- Shake and fine strain into a coupe.
- Garnish with cinnamon orange powder.

Ingredients
- cinnamon
- cloves
- dehydrated oranges
Preparation
- Dry-toast spices (cinnamon, cloves, dehydrated oranges)
- Add toasted spices to a pot with sugar and water, cooking on low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer syrup to an ice bath to cool to room temperature.
- Strain the syrup through a Superbag to remove spices, then transfer into a container.
