Ingredients
- 2 oz. Ilegal Mezcal
- 1 oz. Grapefruit Juice
- 0.5 oz. Lime juice
- 0.5 oz. Simple syrup
- 0.25 oz. Triple sec
- Pinch of Salt
- Diffuser: Rosemary, Blackberries, Raspberries, Lemon
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a porthole diffuser, pour about 3oz into a double rocks glass and leave the vessel on the table for the second pour.
- Garnish with a large ice cube and pinned rosemary.
