Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Ilegal Mezcal
  • 1 oz. Grapefruit Juice
  • 0.5 oz. Lime juice
  • 0.5 oz. Simple syrup
  • 0.25 oz. Triple sec
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Diffuser: Rosemary, Blackberries, Raspberries, Lemon

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a porthole diffuser, pour about 3oz into a double rocks glass and leave the vessel on the table for the second pour.
  2. Garnish with a large ice cube and pinned rosemary.
