Cosmo Play

Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Smoke Lab Saffron Vodka
- ¾ oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- ¾ oz. Cilantro Simple Syrup*
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Preparation
- Combine all the ingredients into a shaker, add ice and shake.
- Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
- Garnish with saffron threads.
*Cilantro Simple Syrup
Ingredients
- ½ cup of sugar
- ½ cup of water
- 8 cilantro sprigs
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients, then bring to a boil.
- Cool, then strain.
