Chocolate-Espresso Mezcal Martini
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Mezcal Espadín Gracias a Dios
- 0.5 oz. Agave Syrup
- 1 shot Double Espresso
- ⅓ oz. Homemade bitter Allspice
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 Tbsp Grated Bitter chocolate
Preparation
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker and add ice.
- Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Serve over a previously cold glass.
