Chinotto Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Tepozan Reposado Tequila
  • 1 oz. Espresso
  • 1.5 oz. Chinotto Coffee Bean Reduction
  • .75 oz. Aquafaba
  • Dusted Salted Cacao, for garnish (over 1/3 glass)

Preparation

  1. Shake and pour over coupe glass.
