1/2 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
3/4 oz. Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Honey Syrup
2 oz. Coconut Water

Preparation

Shake and strain over ice into a Collins glass.
Garnish with 1/4 of a grapefruit wheel.
