Cacao Cognac Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Normandin Mercier VSOP Cognac
  • 1 oz. Jules Theuriet Crème de Cacao Ambré
  • 1.5 oz. Espresso
  • Sugar cube
  • Cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. In a shaker, add ice, cognac, crème de cacao, espresso and shake for 30 seconds.
  2. In a martini glass, pour over a sugar cube.
  3. Garnish with cacao nibs.
