Cacao Cognac Espresso Martini
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Normandin Mercier VSOP Cognac
- 1 oz. Jules Theuriet Crème de Cacao Ambré
- 1.5 oz. Espresso
- Sugar cube
- Cacao nibs
Preparation
- In a shaker, add ice, cognac, crème de cacao, espresso and shake for 30 seconds.
- In a martini glass, pour over a sugar cube.
- Garnish with cacao nibs.
