Brandy Alexander Revisited

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Grand Duque d’ Alba Brandy de Jerez
  • 1 oz Dry Sack Medium Dry Amontillado
  • 1 oz Crema de Alba

Preparation

  1. Pour all ingredients over shaved or crushed ice in a mixing glass, shake and strain into a cocktail glass rimmed with white chocolate.
  2. Grate fresh nutmeg on top…additional white chocolate shavings optional.
