Bourbon Blues

Ingredients
- 1 ¼ oz. Edmond’s Honor Bourbon
- 1 oz. Blueberry Juice
- ¼ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- ¾ oz. Salted Pretzel Reduction*
- ½ oz. Egg White
- 3 dashes Toasted Almond Bitters (optional)
Preparation
- Measure and add all ingredients into a small tin and dry shake.
- Add ice to tin and shake again.
- Double strain into stemless martini glass.
- Garnish with lemon wheel.
*Salted Pretzel Reduction
Ingredients
- 16 oz. Bag of Pretzels
- 2 quarts Sugar
- 3 quarts Water
Preparation
- Place pretzels in a pot with 2 quarts of water at 250F.
- Simmer for 10min.
- Double strain into container, use 1 quart to strain product.
- Place strained product into pan to heat for 10min at 180F.
- Add 2 quarts of sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Let cool to room temperature.
