Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Slane Irish Whiskey
  • .75 oz. Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
  • .75 oz. Cynar
  • 2 dashes AZ Bitters Lab Figgy Pudding Bitters or Chocolate Bitters
  • Flamed Orange Peel (for Garnish)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass; add ice and stir.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.
