Bertie’s Bramble

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ oz. Saint Liberty Bertie’s Bear Gulch Bourbon
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Yuzu or Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz. Blackberry Syrup
  • 2 oz. Prosecco
  • 2 fresh or frozen Blackberries (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients in tin with ice; stir, strain in coupe glass.
  2. Top with Prosecco.
