Barceló Organic Basil Smash

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Barceló Organic
  • 8 Basil Leaves
  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz. Simple Syrup

Preparation

  1. Pour the basil and lemon juice into a shaker and gently chop them.
  2. Add the Barceló Organic and the simple syrup and complete with ice.
  3. Shake vigorously, strain, and pour into a shallow glass with ice.
  4. Garnish with basil leaves.
