Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz Juliette Liqueur
  • 3/4 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 3/4 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
  • Brut Champagne

Preparation

  1. Combine Juliette, dry vermouth, lemon juice and bitters with ice and shake until cold.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and top with Champagne.
  3. Garnish with lemon peel.
