Aviation Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Gin
  • 1/4 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
  • 1/4 oz. Crème de Violette
  • 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
  • Flamed lemon peel (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a flamed lemon peel.
