Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Absente Absinthe
  • 1 ½ oz. Barrel-Aged Gin
  • ½ oz. Real Strawberry
  • ½ oz. Coconut Cream
  • ¼ oz. Lime
  • ¼ oz. Lemon
  • Glassware: Coupe
  • Garnish: Lemon Peel

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to the shaker, shake.
  2. Rise the coupe with absinthe and pour the contents in the shaker into a glass using a strainer.
  3. Garnish with a lemon peel.
