Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Beet/Maple Syrup*
- 1 oz. Lemon Juice
- 4 droppers 5-spice N/A Bitters (we use @bablouieco bitters)
- Blueberry D9 High Rise Seltzer
Preparation
- Add beet/maple syrup, lemon, and bitters to a shaker.
- Fine strain into a Collins glass.
- Add ice and top with Blueberry seltzer.
- Garnish with a sage leaf.

- 2 Roasted Beets
- 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 cup Water
Preparation
- Add 2 roasted beets cut into cubes and 1/2 cup of maple syrup to a medium-sized pan with 1 cup of water and bring to a boil.
- Add 2 roasted beets cut into cubes and 1/2 cup of maple syrup to a medium-sized pan with 1 cup of water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Muddle beets until incorporated then fine strain into an airtight container.
