  • 1 oz. Egg White
  • 1 oz. Rosemary Syrup
  • ¾ oz. Lemon Juice
  • ¼ oz. Rockey’s
  • ½ oz. Midori
  • 1 ½ oz. Hendricks Gin
  • Glassware: Coupe
  • Garnish: Rosemary Sprig and Sugar Ornament

Preparation

  1. Shake and strain.
