A Snowball's Chance

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. London Dry Gin
- 1/2 oz. Carpano Bianco
- 1/4 oz. Suze
- 2 Tbsp. Blood Orange, Strawberry Granita, or Italian Ice
- Prosecco (to Top)
Preparation
- Add gin, Carpano Bianco and Suze to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir and strain into a coupe.
- Add the blood orange, strawberry granita, or Italian ice.
- Top with Prosecco.
