A Snowball's Chance

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. London Dry Gin
  • 1/2 oz. Carpano Bianco
  • 1/4 oz. Suze
  • 2 Tbsp. Blood Orange, Strawberry Granita, or Italian Ice
  • Prosecco (to Top)

Preparation

  1. Add gin, Carpano Bianco and Suze to a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir and strain into a coupe.
  3. Add the blood orange, strawberry granita, or Italian ice.
  4. Top with Prosecco.
