Chilled Drink of the Week: The Corset Cocktail for World Gin Day

World Gin Day is Saturday, June 10th, 2017, and Bathtub Gin in New York City is celebrating by mixing up “The Corset” cocktail, a refreshing, dry and savory summer drink using Caorunn Gin.

• 1 1/2 oz. Caorunn Gin
• 1/2 oz. Sauvignon Blanc
• 1/2 oz. Dolin Dry
• 3/4 oz. Lime Juice
• 1/4 oz. Ginger
• 1/4 oz. Pineapple
• 1/3 oz. Simple Syrup
• 2 dashes Cardamon
• Dried Red Apple Speared with Thyme Sprig, for Garnish

Preparation: Add ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake very well. Double strain into tall Collins glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a slice of dehydrated red apple speared with a sprig of thyme.
