Guerin Club

Caradonna Geurin Club Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Guerin Dry Vermouth
  • 1 oz London Dry Gin
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Raspberry Syrup
  • 1/4 oz Campari
  • Dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 Egg White

Preparation: Build in a shaker tin, reverse dry shake. Strain into a frozen coupe glass. Garnish with 3 dots of Angostura bitters and a raspberry.
