The Remy Double Red 

Ingredients:  

• 1 ½ oz. Remy Martin 1738  
• 3 oz. strawberry tea  
• 3 oz. Telmont Champagne   
• 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters  
• 3-4 basil leaves  

Preparation: Add all ingredients except champagne in shaker tin with ice. Pour into Collins glass over ice. Top with Telmont Champagne.
