to create a series of unique signature cocktails.

Cabin Fever
- Apple
- Rosemary
- Agave
- Lime Juice
- Ginger Beer
- Barrymore Wine
Preparation: In a shaker place 3 chunks of Apple and 1 rosemary sprig than muddle. Add 3/4 lime juice, 3/4 agave nectar, and 2 oz. of Barrymore Pinot Grigio. Fill with Ice and shake. Strain shaker in to a coup top with ginger beer and garnish with rosemary.
Cucumber Cooler
- Cucumber
- Mint
- lime juice
- Simple Syrup
- Barrymore Wine
- Top with soda water
Preparation: In a shaker add 4 chunks of cucumber with 5 mint leafs and muddle. Add 3/4 lime juice, 3/4 simple syrup, and 2 oz. of Barrymore Pinot Grigio. Fill shaker with ice and shake. Strain out over a bucket with ice. Garnish with 3 mint sprigs and a cucumber slice.

- Pink peppercorn

Preparation: In a shaker add 4 raspberries,2 basil leafs and 5 pink pepper corns than muddle. Add 3/4 lime juice, 3/4 agave, and 2 oz. of Barrymore Pinot Grigio. Add Ice and give it a good shake. Strain out in to Champagne glass, garnish with a basil leaf and find your midnight kiss!
