Remember the Maine

Ingredients

  • 2 oz rye whiskey
  • ¾ oz sweet vermouth
  • 2 teaspoons Cherry Heering
  • Absinthe rinse

Preparation

  1. Rinse a chilled coupe with absinthe and discard the excess.
  2. Stir the remaining ingredients with ice and strain into the prepared glass.
  3. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry.
