The Sparkling Pear

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Noces Royales Cognac and Pear Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
  • Champagne, to top
  • Garnish: Hibiscus flower and tea

Preparation

  1. Add ice, Noces Royales, and elderflower liqueur to a shaker.
  2. Shake well and strain into a cordial or cocktail glass.
  3. Top with Champagne and garnish.
